MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with the Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever blackhawk cqc holster experienced this nightmare? Any tips on how to get it moving again would be g
